Hosts Barbara and Rod offer 'Rodericks;' A comfortable B&B with one Twin Single or double Kingsize Ensuite room with tea and coffee facilities, bar 'fridge, in room flat screen TV and off street parking. Guests also have use of a seperate lounge, library/tv room and garden patio.
The twin beds can be electrically operated to ensure the most comfortable rest after a long flight or busy day touring and can be converted into a King size bed, as required.
The building is insulated and airconditioned. Only a ten minute stroll to public golf, aquatic and major shopping centre with restaurants, cinemas,main bus terminal to City,river and beaches; car servicing and medical and dental facilitys.
Twelve minute drive to Perth Domestic Airport, 20 minute to the International Airport and 15 minutes to Perth CBD. We are in a quiet central location close to all major roads leading to tourist attractions,the Swan Valley, Perth Hills, river and beaches.
